I vividly remember how intensely I dedicated myself to my work when I joined my first company. It might have been the first time I was truly passionate about something and really committed to achieving it. I got involved in a venture that I admired for its significant social value. In my mid-twenties, I focused on growing that business. Although we achieved profitability, we had to withdraw from the venture because it could not scale further. The experience taught me that even with purpose and conviction, a business must grow to be meaningful.

Afterwards, I joined a startup as an HR professional. There, I encountered the innovations that startups were bringing to the world and the marvels of technology, and I faced the uncertainties that startups endure due to external factors. Through various changes and eras, the importance of organizational strength has been a constant.

Recruitment and organizational development are not easy tasks, and they significantly impact business growth. My experiences with growing a business and supporting organizational structure have led me to choose a path that focuses on these aspects to accelerate business growth. I want to walk this path with entrepreneurs as part of a value enhancement team.
